| WHEN: On the third Wednesday of the month. TIME: 7:00 pm WHERE: Please see the schedule for hostess nights. COST: $5.00 per game Please pay in $cash$ at the current game, preferrably with dollar bills. PRIZES: (with 12 players) $15 prize Most Buncos $13 prize Most Wins $11 prize Last Bunco $ 9 prize Most Snake Eyes $ 7 prize Most Trips $ 5 prize Most Losses HOSTESS RESPONSIBILITIES: Make sure that all players are notified at least 2 days in advance of upcoming Bunco. Remind bunco players to find sub players as necessary. Provide meal and beverages. Provide a 50/50 fun gift for the player that has 12 losses and 12 wins. Set up 3 tables, 4 chairs at each table. 12 Dice (3 per table), pencils, scratch pads, 12 score sheets, 1 bells for head table (all this should be included in the BUNCO traveling box) PLAYERS RESPONSIBILITIES: If you are unable to attend a game, please find a "sub" player from the list of subs or anyone else you know that could take your place for that night. Contact the hostess with the sub's name and phone number. It is your responsibility to find a sub for you, not the hostess! Also please arrange to have your payment of $5 to the hostess by game night. Our bunco group is potluck so please bring food to share with others! ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATIONS: If a regular player cannot play on a given month, it is their responsibility to make sure the hostess or sub has the $5 before game night. If you cannot play one month and want to continue to play, please pay the hostess before Bunco night and let Vicky know you wish to continue to play. If a player cancels completely out of BUNCO, please contact Vicky. We will open the game up to an interested person. |
