Charter: To promote uniformity and consistency of a pleasant and aesthetic environment throughout the Mission Park community. Responsibilities: To review/approve requests for modifications to the exterior of homes and landscape within the Mission Park community. To conduct periodic walkthroughs of the Mission Park community to identify deviations from the provisions of the CC&Rs. |

Announcement: Architectural Committee responsibilities have now been assumed by the Board of Directors. The Board will review all
submittal requests. Our Property Management Company will conduct monthly walkthroughs (up to three hours per month) and may issue Mission Park Arch Committee Courtesy Notice. Historical Event: Mission Park Tree Trimming Project - December 13 to 15, 2004. EarthTech trimmed a total of 221 trees at $4788. (click here for map) Plum Tree Spraying to Minimize Fruiting - February and March 2005 - Cagwin & Dorward at $1100. Pool and Spa Concrete Replacement Project - Completed by Maxicrete on March 6, 2005. Courtesy of Citation Homes. Motorcourt PowerWash - May 18 through 31, 2005 by East Bay Mobile Wash at $2898.50. Pruning of Wilcox Avenue Soundwall - May 26 and 27, 2005 by Dinsmore at $1819.75. Pool Furniture Replacement - August 1, 2005 at $2070.06 Tan barking Project of Common Areas - December 2005 at $15K (Dinsmore quoted $12K initially) from Reserve account. Seal coating of Duvall Court and Lenox Place approved by the Board on January 31st, 2005: Not to exceed $4158 paid from Reserve account. |
