Minutes from December 9, 2003 HOA General Meeting

 

 

1. Board of Directors'Positions -  The Board has identified officers for the newly elected Board of Directors.
     Steve Lee - President
     William Uranga - Vice President
     Trishla Mansukhani - Treasurer
     Ryan Tabrah - Member at Large
     Edward Karl - Secretary


2.  Effective January of 2004, Mission Park Assessment Fee (Dues) Statements will be sent out to homeowners quarterly, but the payments are still due on a monthly basis.  
Specifically, in January of 2004, homeowners will receive ONE bill for the Mission Park Assessment covering the months of January, February and March.   It is the homeowners' responsibility to submit the monthly payments in January, February and March.  

Note: To avoid late payment notices, homeowners are asked to set-up electronic auto-payment service.
Reason:
The reason for the change to a "Quarterly Invoice While Maintaining Monthly Payments" is to minimize postage and handling costs to homeowners.


3.  The Board of Directors voted and approved the official release of the Mission Park HOA Newsgroup and this Mission Park HOA Website.
Note:
Since mailing by US Postal Service will decrease in 2004 to keep homeowner fees to a minimum, all homeowners and residents are encouraged to subscribe to both the Mission Park HOA Newsgroup and Website.


4.  Proposed Meeting Dates for General Meeting in 2004 at 6 pm at the Clubhouse. 
Note: After the Board meeting, one of the Board members who was not present at the meeting indicated that the proposed meeting dates were not available.  The Board then agreed via email after the meeting to convene the General Meeting every second Wednesday of the month (subject to change).
