Local Niches

I'm not the lucky #@* that owns NewYork.com.
However, after seeing that the recent sale of LowerEastSide.com
went for $18,000, (great deal, IMO) I am more convinced than ever that local
neighborhoods are a nice way for one to diversy.
Going even further, maybe I stand alone, but I believe that local street names
have a terrific upside to them.
Yeah, wallstreet.com sold for one million dollars, but there are tons,
I mean tons of lesser quality out there that are appealing.
For example, some of my Lower East Side properties.

Hello!
Are you listening Cushman-Wakefield, Corcoran, Prudential Douglas Elliman, etc.

Chew on that until next time.

What to do with the Zip (10017*com) in this Pic?

Let me know what you think.

This, too.

Plus this.

... and what's that old saying?
"If it looks good on the side of a bus" ... How about a truck?

Here's another.
Looks like they don't
even have a web presence.

Always wondered about those white UPS trucks.
Glad I took a closer look one day.

OK, the "-" version.

Or Store Fronts?

Or Neon Signs?

Or Street Signs?

I found this shuttered storefront interesting.

After several months of pondering,
I pulled the trigger and registered it.
Yeah, the other spelling variation was taken.
However, since thousands of people walk and drive-
by this shuttered space on lower Broadway between 10th and 11th
streets everyday, why not go for it.
BTW: This company relocated to Third Avenue
and is still in business after 100 years.

From the "For What It's Worth Department"
I've been spotting a number of .biz and .us
domain names on vans, trucks, etc. around Manhattan of late.
I had my camera handy when I came across these

(Off 15 street and 6th Avenue)
If I snap any more, I'll post them here.
