Weapons
Though Karate means "empty handed way", weapons are an essential part of training at Meadowvale Martial Arts.  We hold regular seminars in weapons and styles such as Escrima, Bo, Jo, Tonfa, Sais and Nunchuka.  We also practice self-defence and as such carry a selection of tools such as rubber knives to simulate defence situations.
