Breeding projects

King Cobra -Ophiophagus Hannah- This picture is my nine-foot Thai female. All of my Kings are fed snakes exclusively because I don't believe in feeding them scented rodents, as it makes them overweight and sluggish. Snakes on the other hand, are the Kings natural food source. All of my feeder snakes are frozen for at least thirty days to prevent the spread of parasites. King Cobras are not for the amateur herpetologist. The King Cobra is extremely fast, as well as intelligent.

Albino Western Diamondback-Crotalus Atrox- This picture is of my five-foot female. I am expecting offspring from her this season.

Albino Monocle Cobra-Naja Naja Kaouthia- These are pictures of one of my adult breeder males. My albino monocles produce albinos and "het" for albinos. They produce large babies that grow rapidly and feed on hopper mice right out of the egg.

Another pic of the Albino Cobra

Canebrake Rattlesnakes-Crotalus Horridus Atricaudatus- I keep two strains of canebrakes; one strain is from Southern Georgia, which produces nicely colored pink offspring. My second strain is from South Carolina, which have more of the silver blue coloration. Canebrakes are extremely hardy captives, feeding on frozen, thawed rodents. But they should not be taken lightly! They possess extremely HOT venom.

Classic Western Diamondback-Crotalus Atrox- I also have classic westerns that are bred for high contrast and bright coloration. It has taken me a few years to hand pick my breeders.

Eastern Diamondback-Crotalus Adamanteus- This is the picture of my 7-foot breeder female. This 'Big Girl' is my favorite! A Brother of mine from New York gave her to me a few years ago. She has proven to be a great breeder and an awesome showpiece. THANKS RAY!!!!

Eastern Diamondback-Crotalus Adamanteus (DARK PHASE) I have Eastern's that produce dark phase neonates with prominent yellow borders on their diamonds. I also have light phase, which are cream colored and brown, like my 7ft 'Big Girl'. I am expecting offspring this season.

Eyelash Viper-Bothrops Schlegeli- I am new to arboreal's, but this is a future breeding project of mine. My Eyelash are captive born from captive born parents. I have golden yellows and forest green babies that were produced by Joe Yakelis. Nice job Joe!!!

Forest Cobra-Naja Melanoleuca- Large, aggressive and VICIOUS! For experienced keepers only!!!
