Unlock Hidden Features
Meet the following requirements in the indicated game mode to unlock
the corresponding feature. Note that to "win" a cup as indicated in the
code, you must earn the Gold Cup for the entire circuit. Unlocked items
can be karts, characters, special game features, new gameplay modes, or
secret stages.

Time Trial Ghosts
Complete a course time trial in the corresponding times to unlock
ghosts recorded by the game's development team. Once you've unlocked the
ghost, you can race against it. You have to unlock the ghosts each time
you play the game -- they aren't saved to your memory card.
