Correct!  You have found the AUTHOR of this page!

The authors name is often located just under the webpage title, but it is not, it is usually located at the bottom of the webpage in fine print.

In your citation, always start with the authors last name, then a comma, and then the first name.   For this webpage, the citation should read:
Huertero, Laura.
Do note the period at the end.  This separates the authors name from the webpage title.

If there is not an author for your page, and you are still certain it is a credible source, skip the author and start your citation with the article.

If there are two authors, take the authors name who is listed first and treat is as you did in the first example, putting last name first, etc.  Then you
just list the other authors name in the normal order after.
Example: Huertero, Laura and Takisha McCollum.
If there are many authors,  list the first authors name as in the first example, and simply put et al, which basically means and the rest, to designate the rest.
Example: Huertero, Laura et al.
