My Education
As a child, I always dreamed of being a teacher. I grew up in Woodstock, Georgia and always admired my teachers. I fulfilled my dream when I graduated from Toccoa Falls College in 2000. I was hired by Ms. Chesser in July of 2000 to teach fourth grade. I taught fourth grade for two years. I decided I wanted to make a change and went down to teach third grade. I have been teaching third grade for four years. I love this grade! I went back to school and received my Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Piedmont College in July 2005.
My Family
I met my wonderful husband at church and we married in July 2003. We have one son named Brody. He is the light of our lives. He is one year old and enjoys getting into everything! We also have a dog named Dixie Belle.
My Interests
I absolutely love going to church and spending time with my family. I love playing with our son Brody and doing silly things to make him laugh. Since my husband is a huge University of Alabama fan, we love going to football games and watching them on TV. I enjoy scrapbooking, going to movies, and shopping!
