Our Universe

The universe or cosmos is the name used to describe the collection of all matter, energy and space that exists. How the universe was created is not fully understood. Most scientists believe that it began about 15,000 Million Years ago with an unimaginable violent explosion known as the Big Bang. This idea is called the Big Bang Theory.

The Universe is so huge that it cannot be explained on this small website.
So we are going to give you a small overview of our Solar system and its planets.

Solar System

Our Solar System is a perfectly co-ordinated network of a star i.e. The Sun, its 8 planets, asteroids, comets, dust, etc.
So let us begin with The Sun.

The Sun

The Sun lies at the very heart of the Solar System. It is a typical star, one of the 150 million in milky way galaxy. Becaus the sun is much closer to u than any other star, it appears many times larger than the more distant bodies. Its disk is about the size of a full moon. Compared with the other stars of our Galaxy, the sun is an average size star. But it is compared with even the largest planets. Its diameter of 865,278 miles(1.39 million km) is more than 100 times greater than that of the Earth. Even though it is of gaseous composition, Sun weighs more than 300,000 times as much as the Earth.Its surface temprature is 5,507 degree C. Its internal temprature may reach as high as 25,000,000 degree F(14,000,000 degree C). It gets its power from nuclear fusion reaction processing inside it. It radiates energy @ 3800000000000000000000000 KW per second.
