Staying flexible can help us perform various daily activities
with ease. It facilitates mobility, enabling the body to perform in ways that would otherwise be difficult
if one was not supple.
So why is it that most of us ignore flexibility training?
Could it be because it takes to long. Or perhaps you are unsure how to stretch. Or, it just doesn't feel good.
To summarize, does it feel like real work?
If you answered yes to these questions,
my program will change your mind.
Unlike many flexibilty routines which require extended lengths of time to hold a static position,
my program (with the use of a stability ball) encourages gentle, continuous, but controlled movements that hold a position for only a few seconds. These movements will
help to make the range of motion more functional for everyday tasks and recreational activities.
When you first begin my G-Ball Stretch you will find the movements are very relaxing and easy to do.
You will feel your muscles elongating, thus increasing your range of motion. Additionally you will sense
the stability balls ability to encourage and promote body control. Simply stated, stretching one muscle group while reinforcing balance, control, strength, and stabilization of other co-activated muscles. Furthermore, you will experience a greater degree of movement, because the stability ball allows you to stretch on different planes of motion that might otherwise be too difficult or unattainable on your own.
My flexibility training program is designed for all ages and fitness. Although, I only cater to mature adults.

Many of the stretches using the stability ball can be done on a firm large bed. This would enable all individuals,
even those unable to lower themselves to the floor,
the ability to perform the program.

I use the G-Ball method when working one-on-one sessions.

Flexibility Training
'There is nothing Training cannot do, nothing is above it's reach-
It can turn bad morales into good,
It can destroy bad principles and recreate good ones,
It can lift men to Angleship.'
