Day 18 [Punto Tombo Tribe- Eloy, Joey, Kimber, Landon, Megan, Ray, Sebastian, Shuri, Travis] When Eloy was walking in to camp early in the morning, no one was awake. Only Travis sat by the fire, warming his hands and feet. When everyone was notified of the merge, all the original Rio people wanted to stick together Joey, Landon, Ray, Kimber and Travis, but while Joel was going down he stirred up that alliance. Travis woke up feeling insecure with this alliance not sure if he should trust Joey and Landon. Before Joel left, he told Travis that Joey and Landon were willing to team up with him. With this news, he was unsure what to do. Travis: Hey Eloy. Eloy: What's up Travis!!! Travis: How you doing man? Eloy: Pretty good. Eloy: How u doing man? Travis: Im doing alrighty. Travis: So Joel was voted out. Eloy: Yeah. I figured. I guess Im next Travis: Why do you say that? Eloy: Well I have no alliance. And everyone pretty much doesn't talk to me. So it would be an easy boot. Unless out of some miracle I get exiled, or I win immunity, Im pretty much alone Travis: I have no intention of voting you out. We might not have talked that much, but I like you, youre a good kid. Eloy: Thanks man. Well at least I know I won't get voted out unanimously Travis: Whom do you think is going to vote you out? Eloy: Everybody. Travis: Haha, dude, I really dont think anyone wants to vote you out. Arent you close with Landon and Joey anyway? Eloy: No!! I knew people were gonna suspect that once Joey exiled me. Travis: Joel made it seem that you and him were getting close with Landon and Joey. Eloy: Joel is an ass. He just denied it all!!! In the beginning of this game, Shuri and I were gonna stick together because we were the oldest. And then when the tribes switched the first time, she aligned with Kimber and Sebastian. I never asked anyone for an alliance, or never asked Joel either, he's the one who told me that he couldn't align with me because he wanted to align with you. Travis: Thats crazy, Joel told everyone you and him were a tight alliance. Eloy: That fucker!! Travis: Im sorry, he fucked with me too man. Eloy: I was so pissed because I hate looking like an idiot to people. And Joel would talk to me and I was saying to him that no one was talking to me. Its cool if Im next to go, its fine. Travis: I dont want you to go next though. Its not fair, and you dont deserve it. Eloy: But I think Im on the jury though now. Its definitely not fair when my name got tossed around to benefit Joel. Whos gonna wanna align with me now? Everyone has their alliance already, well according to Joel of course, and Shuri did admit to her alliance though. Travis: How do you feel about working with me and Ray? Eloy: How does ray feel? Id be up for it Travis: Hes down Eloy: All right. Im up for it! Travis: Aite, lemme let you know whats going on. Eloy: Ok Travis: Shuri, Kimber, Sebastian, and Meghan have a thing going on, everyone knows Landon and Joey are tight, and that leaves me and Ray. Eloy: Okay, I see Travis: The problem is, I dont think Joey and Landon like me anymore, because we used to talk all the time, and now they barely talk to me. And Im pretty sure thats Joels work. Because thats when it happened, when Joel started fucking with everyone. Eloy: Joey doesn't talk to me at all either. Landon says hello and stuff to me on occasion. Travis: So if you stick with us, Ill do all I can to make sure everyone goes after someone else next. Eloy: Definitely Travis: And it seems good, because between us and Landon and Joey, Im sure the girls will go after them first. Eloy: Sweet, well I appreciate you wanting to work with me. Travis: So Im guessing u never found the immunity idol? Eloy: Nope, I spent all night trying to figure it out. I just got stuck both times I went. I dont know if Joey found it though because he just gave me a smile when he asked me if I found it. Travis: Hmmm. Eloy: But I dont think he had all four clues. Travis: Yea Eloy: I think you kinda need all four. Travis: So when it comes down to next tribal, Ill try and convince the girls to go after Landon or Joey, so if they get them out, then all we have to do is sway one of them four and power suddenly switches to us. Eloy: Sweet. Travis: You sure your cool with it? I kinda thought you didn't like me. Eloy: Yes Im cool with it. Joel said you didn't like me so I was scared. Travis: Haha, Joel ruined a lot in this game. We can get through this though. Eloy: Definitely. Kimber: Joel is gone, now it's the jury stage. From here on out people will being to see me playing the game a bit different. From here on out it is strictly business really. Like I'm here for myself. I'm not going to give over the game to people like Ray and Travis just because they were on my first tribe, that is not how the game works. I feel like Sebastian is the ideal person to bring with me to the finals. As long as I stay tight with him and Shuri, and Travis and Ray...I'm sure I can fool my way to the end. Sebastian: Well Joel was voted out...Surprise surprise. All that matters...is that I made the jury! I'm so happy! I think my alliance with Shuri and Kimber is ok. I love Shuri to death. Kimber I dont trust so muchshe is just sneaky to me. However I have a tight bond with Megan. She is just about my best friend in this game. My agreement to stick with the New Magellan tribe should stick together for a little, but I do not see it lasting as long as they claim. I think I played very safely up until now, and I want things shaken up but I have to keep Megan safe. Joey: Well this game is insane. At the last challenge, you had to give "weight" to each contestant. The person with the least amount of weight would be the one who won immunity. So basically your giving your weight to people you do not want to win. When the results came in I was devastated. Joel & Landon received the two highest amounts of weight, and they are my closest allies. Not only that, but I had the 4th highest amount of weight. That really makes me feel uneasy, and does not put me in a good position in this tribe. So that is when all hell broke loose. Apparently Joel was talking to Shuri, and ended up calling her a "terrorist bitch." I like Joel, but I mean you just don't say that to people. Needless to say, everyone jumped on the get Joel out bandwagon, including Travis who wanted an alliance with him. I had no other choice but to vote him out. Everyone voted him out! There was no way I was going to throw him a vote and put the target on my back. As if. So Joel is gone. It kind of sucks, because I wanted to work with him, but I have to say I do have some satisfaction knowing that I beat him. Haha. I still have love for you Joel! I'm also really glad that I didn't have to betray him, and even happier he isn't on jury. He is a good person at heart though. I think. I hope. Along the path to the stream where the tribe gets their water, Joey met Landon to talk. They were undecided about where both of them stood in the tribe. With what happened at the last challenge to all the crap that when on with Joel, they were left unsure about everything. Landon: Joey! Joey: Hey. Landon: Is everyone voting me out? Joey: Um what? Landon: Well I just wanted to make sure cause I was like the second highest in the challenge the other day. I was wondering if people wanted me out next? Joey: No we havent even had a challenge yet. Landon: I wonder why I was the second highest...that scares me. Joey: Yea I was like fourth highest theres really nothing we can do right now, but my plan is get to the final six of Kimber, Travis, Ray, you, Shuri and me. They are going to think they have Shuri. Im gonna try to get her to swing with us. Landon: Oh ok. Joey: Im gonna tell her straight up, you vote with them, you will be 4th place. Landon: Ya she would be stupid not to and with us she will have third place and a shot at final two. Joey: Exactly, Im thinking maybe Eloy though. Landon: I like Eloy. Joey: I think Eloy would be more willing to work with us. Maybe we can convince people to get rid of Sebastian and Megan, and then team up with Eloy and Shuri. Landon: Ya and have us four against Kimber, Ray and Travis. Would you want Travis gone first? Joey: God yes! Landon: Haha. Ray: With just nine people left in the game, the game has been shifting in all types of different directions. Joel getting voted out last tribal council was just awesome. He was easily the cancer in this tribe, causing all types of problems and trying to turn everyone against each other. With Joel gone the mood in the tribe has changed and it seems everyone has been getting along a lot better but trust is still hard to find.
