Day 20 [Punto Tombo Tribe- Eloy, Joey, Kimber, Landon, Megan, Ray, Sebastian, Shuri, Travis] Eloy woke up feeling very weird and confused. He spent most of the morning pacing around until he eventually approached Travis with some problems. Eloy: Hey Travis, whats up? Travis: Hey man. Eloy: I want to get voted out Travis. Um, I just don't want to stay. Travis: Well if you really want to get voted out, if guess that's your choice, but you can at least tell me why? Eloy: I just did, I want to get voted out. Travis: Tell me why you wanna get voted out I mean. The other day you were just saying you didn't want too. Eloy: Because I don't want to stay anymore and there's no reason for me to its not fair to anyone. Travis: About Joel? Eloy: About Joel, about everything. Congrats to you for winning immunity though. Im already asking people to vote for me. Travis: And I agree the whole thing with Joel was weird, but if you have an issue you should ask about it. I dont really wanna see you go though. Eloy: I know but its too late now. Ive already told Megan. Travis: Well people are saying supposedly Megan wanted to vote me outso I dont even know if you are gonna get your wish. Eloy: Well she told me yesterday that she was voting you, and today that she was gonna vote out Landon but hes exiled. Travis: And now you expect her to vote you? Eloy: Well Im not in her alliance. Im sure she can convince her leader, whoever that is to vote me out Travis: I just dont understand why you wanna go all of a sudden? I mean, we were talking yesterday about strategy and what not, and now youre like Im done, its sad. Eloy: I know this is just a game, but its not fair to people who really want to play and win to get voted out, when Im not really into it now. Its only fair. Travis: I completely understand. Eloy: I know but its already ruined for me. I don't like to be a quitter. Im not like that at all but that whole thing and what Joel did to me just ruined the whole experience for me. And it sucks. Travis: I understand man, but if you quit now, your letting Joel win. Eloy: Well even if Joel was lying, the others got what they wanted! They won too, I don't think I have a chance anyway man. Travis: Well man, its obviously your decision, but Im not lying when I say I like you, if it was a couple other people saying they quit Id be like see ya, but I can tell you this if you didn't tell everyone you wanted to quit it was not you next. Eloy: Thanks I appreciate that. Well I told the enemy so I guess we'll see what happens Travis: Whos the enemy? Eloy: Megan, I toldyo u she's in an alliance with Shuri, Sebastian, and Kimber, but then your with Kimber and ray too, so its all connected somehow. Travis: I want you around not just for numbers, but because I like your company. Eloy: Okay, so what do I tell Landon, he says he needs an answer because everyone is dead set on voting me out? Travis: Let him vote you out, dont worry about it for now. I hope you can trust me. Eloy: I do and I hopeyo u will do the same. Travis: Everyone wants to take out the stragglers, Megan for example. I see it differently, its the merge, its time to go for the power players. Eloy: Okay. Travis: Who do you think are the power players in this tribe? The ones with the best personalities, who are the best at the challenges? Eloy: Well honestly, I thought Joey since tried hard to win that immunity. Travis: Uh huh. I love Joey to death, but first of all, I know he's got a knife to my back due to whatever the fuck Joel put in his head, and also, hes the best at challenges and everyone loves him. Eloy: Yeah, def. Travis: This is what Im thinking, me, Ray, you, Kimber, and Shuri vote for Joey. Eloy: Okay. Travis: Then everyone else can vote for you, it wont matter. Eloy: Okay, sweet!! Travis: Do you think thats a good idea? Well, its up to you if you wanna go with that plan. Eloy: Yeah it sounds good. I had no alliance man. I was alone untilyo u picked me up yesterday. Travis: I know Shuri still likes you, she's told me, the whole alliance thing with mean blah blah was a ploy to get Joel out to be honest. Eloy: Well she told me that when she told me to say goodbye to Joel and you maybe. Travis: I thought you Joel, Landon, and Joey were going to vote me or someone. Eloy: Nah, I was completely alone. You prolly don't know yet but I always voted alone in my tribe, no one really came out and talked to me. I had no idea what Joel was doing. Travis: I really hope that you feel comfortable working with me, and with the plan and shit because as long as youre down, it seems like it'll go perfectly fine. Eloy: Yeah cool man. Def down thanks for changing my mind. Travis: Anytime I dont wanna see someone who deserves to be here more then others quit Eloy: Thanks dude. Travis: Alright man. Up by the foot of the mountain, Landon and Megan started out on a short hike. He wanted to see where she stood and she wanted to know what the hell was going on. Megan: Hey. Landon: Hey. Megan: So what's going on with Eloy? Landon: I dont know he was just telling me saying he wants to be voted out. Megan: He said the same thing to me I don't think I can do that though I kinda had somebody else in mind. Landon: Who were u thinking? Megan: Travis at first but he won, now Ray but don't tell him! Landon: I wont. Megan: I have this hunch that they might be trying to get me out but I really can't explain it. Landon: Hmm I havent heard anything. Megan: Really have you heard any names being thrown out about this vote off? Landon: Nope not yet. Megan: That's weird last vote we had it all planned out. Landon: Ya. Joey: I don't know what my plans are now. I feel on the outs for sure. I kind of think Travis, Kimber, Shuri, and Ray have an alliance. I have to prove my worth to the former Rio people. Those bitches need to take me to the Final Four! If I get voted out though, whatever. I really want to do so well, and make at least the Final four, if not win, but if it's not meant to be, it's not meant to be. I've gotten the shit end of the stick this entire game. I've always been on the outside as far as alliances are concerned. The tribal switch really fucked my game over. I'm still on the jury, so I'll be a part of this game no matter what if I get voted off. Hell hath no fury, like a Joey scorned. Bitches. Kimber: Megan is just about pissing me the hell off. Shes undecided about sticking with the girls and this is a bunch of crap. Like, we all agreed to stick together a flews ago and as soon as the next vote comes shes one another planet. I swear that girl needs to be committed and analyzed because shes a loose cannon. If she doesnt stick with the girl and Sebastian thing for a few more votes I win not have a problem blowing things up in her face. Is she dumb enough to really play with Kimbers fire? She must be kidding. Tonight it's either like Eloy, or Joey going home. It's getting to the wire here, so let's eat each other shall we? Ray: What's up Travis? Travis: Yo man. Ray: Anything exciting happening for you today? Travis: Not really, Im just worried about Sebastian and Megan sticking with us, they're both wishy washy. Ray: I think maybe we should vote out Meghan next Travis: Im not sure. Ray: She doesn't talk with me, and I'm worried the girls might have a too strong bond with her. Travis: Im more worried about Landon and Joey. They're the only two strong players left except for us. Kimber and Shuri will be with us, Eloy is like frazzled Ray: What if we get to six and Shuri, Kimber, Sebastian and Meghan vote together. Travis: Kimber and Shuri will vote with us, believe me. Ray: Why is Eloy so frazzled? Travis: He seems frazzled about the game. He is stressing a lot but I think I got him in tight with you and me! Ray: Ok that could potentially be a great thing. Do you think Landon or Joey will try anything tricky this vote? Like gun or me or Kimber? Travis: Yes. Ray: What can they do? Travis: If they get enough votes, a lot of damage. Ray: Damn this game is getting tense. We have to get though it if we want to make it to the end. Travis: So I dont think Joey found the idol, cause Eloy said he def. didn't find it, and when he told Joey, Joey smiled like it seemed like he didn't get it either. Ray: I gotta believe that one of them have it, with four clues and all the times they have been theresomeone has found itIf neither of them did find it then its going to be hard as hell to find Travis: I prolly is. Ray: Tonight's vote is going to be a really difficult vote, its an important vote because we are at the halfway point in this game and I am trying to position myself the best way possible for the end of this game. It seems the word around the tribe is focused on Joey, Eloy, and Sebastian as potential targets. Joey is a target tonight because he has been lying to people and he had a plan with Joel but didn't get the opportunity to try it as he didn't have the numbers. Eloy is a target tonight because he doesn't really have an alliance in this game and has been a sitting duck for a while now. I think a lot of people are worried he possibly may have the hidden immunity idol but I still think some people are ready to send him home. Sebastian is a target tonight because he hasn't really done much and might be considered the weak link in the game. Some people have told me that Sebastian doesn't deserve to be here or even be part of the jury. I personally think Meghan and Sebastian are the weakest players in this game. Neither of them talk very much, put in very much effort at challenges, or have any type of strategy. They attempt to be flying under the radar and its thats so, I must say they are flying too low under the radar. There is one thing that is starting to concern me in this game, its that Meghan, Shuri, and Kimber all seem to have a strong bond and maybe an all girls alliance. I think that very soon, that I'm going to have to cut one of them out of this game just to break them up so it doesn't come back to bite me. Joey seems to me to be one of the trickiest players in this game. He had an agreement going with Joel, but when I exiled Eloy last week it wouldn't work. Now Joey thinks I have an alliance with him and we have this tight bond. Sadly for him we don't, I am making him think that I'm with him all the way so he doesn't expect anything. There is a pretty strong possibility that Joey or Eloy will be going home this tribal council, and if one does go home its all their own fault. [Tribal Council #8- Punto Tombo Tribe] Alright Punto Tombo, welcome to your second Tribal Council as individual players. Before we get to the vote, as always, I'm opening up the floor to ask a few questions. Sandros: Joey, last time you guys were here Joel was voted off, how have things been around camp since then? Joey: I don't think it's any different from when Joel was here, to now that he is gone. I do believe that the drama level has decreased a bit. However there is still secrets, rumors, alliances, suspicions, etc. That are still going on in this game. Joel wasn't the one to create all of those things. They are just kind of a necessary evil in Survivor, and it sucks, but to answer the question simply, it's a bit more quiet, but I'm just as nervous now with him gone, as I was when he was here. Sandros: Shuri, what did you think of the last challenge? Does anyone post a threat for you in the future in terms of challenges? Shuri: The last challenge was very hard, I feel like Travis/Ray/Eloy never slept. Also, there was kind of an advantage to who started first. All in all however, I lost, and I'm fine with that. Yes, I feel like there are a few people who pose a threat to me in the challenges, however I think I have done pretty well and worked my hardest in them all. Sandros: Megan, do you think there are Old Rio and Old Magellan alliances still lingering within this new Punto Mumbo tribe? Or are new alliances determining who is being voted off? Meghan: I think that there are new alliances that are determining how we are voting out. The old rio and magellan alliances didn't stay together all that long. Sandros: Travis, what are you basing your vote on tonight? Travis: Well, this vote is a tough one. A lot of nuts went down when the tribes merged. I was under the impression that the old tribal lines were going to hold, but soon realized that wasn't the case. I was informed of shifting alliances and plots. Basically, if the vote goes as planned, the person voted out will have no idea and be blindsided. I LOVE the kid to death, but this is Survivor, and if you know someone is plotting behind your back, you've got to make a move. Plus, it was the general consensus of everybody else I talked too. Sandros: Eloy, what was it like coming back to camp and finding out that Joel was voted off? What was the vibe like, how did you feel? Eloy: Well I wasn't surprised Joel was voted out. I felt a little relieved because Joel had started rumors about me which left me with no one to turn to or really talk game with. The vibe has been a little better I think. I did want to quit because thanks to Joel my experience here was ruined. And I did go around asking for votes to get the boot. But then I tried to take it back because I'm no quitter. But I have no idea what will happen. Don't know if people will even want me around. If I do go, I'm fine with it. Sandros: Sebastian, where do you stand within this tribe? Comfortable in your position? Sebastian: I think where I stand is alright. No one in this game has really stood out in my mind as a possible winner yet, but there are some people who are sitting pretty for a while. Sandros: Ray, what do you think is going to happen tonight? Gimme your guess on the outcome of this tribal. Ray: I have no idea what is going to happen tonight with the vote. There has been a lot of talk about who to vote for, so it could really be anyone at this point. I'm sure the person that does get voted out will be surprised. Sandros, Kimber who doesn't deserve to make it any further in the game? Kimber: There are a few people who don't deserve to be in this game anymore. These couple people have skated by and barely talked to anyone and done not much at all in the immunities. However, this is the merge, and the big players need to go. Sandros: Once the votes are read the decision is final, and the person voted out will be sent out of Patagonia immediately. With that said...I'll read the votes. First vote: Sebastian Second vote: Ray Third vote: Joey Fourth vote: Sebastian Fifth vote: Joey That is 2 votes Joey, 2 votes Sebastian, 1 vote Ray. Sixth vote: Joey Seveth vote: Joey The 8th person voted out of Patagonia, and the first member of our jury... Sandros: Joey! You need to bring me your torch. After 20 days our here in Patagonia, by a vote of 5-2-1 THE TRIBE HAS SPOKEN! Joey thank you very much for playing my game. If you will, please send your final words to me through email. Take a look back on your time here in the game...high points, low points. What do you think of the game as a whole, your tribe mates, the twists? Anything and everything... As for the remaining players in the game, you can head back to camp and meet up with Landon who is back from Exile. Await the next treemail... [Joey's Final Words]I've been bamboozled! Haha, no seriously I'd love to give everyone the satisfaction of thinking they blindsided me, but I knew this was coming. As soon as Travis won immunity, and exiled Landon(my closest ally) I kind of had a feeling I was toast. This game was really, really fun. I really met some nice people. My friendship with Landon grew stronger. My hatred for Joel competely disappeared. I really am excited how the game turned out, and I'm so excited to be the first member of the jury. I am a little disappointed knowing that there are some people left in the game who don't deserve to be there at all. People like Sebastian, who does nothing, Ray, who rides coattails, and Travis, who is a terrible liar. Haha. At this point, I'm really rooting for Kimber, who I think is playing the best game, though it does hurt my feelings that I asked her to let me know if I was going, and she didn't. I don't really know what else to say. I tried my best and unfortunately, the best I could do was 9th. Haha. I hope Landon pulls it out, but it looks pretty dismal for his chances in winning this game. I look forward to how the rest of it goes though. [Joey's Reason] I'm voting for Sebastian. He's who we Rio people see as least deserving. [Travis' Reason] Joey, I'm voting you because you're a backstabbing dick. You should have trusted me over an asshole like Joel. If I didn't vote you I'd be screwing myself. You know damn well if you were here a couple more days my ass would prolly be on the line. [Sebastian's Reason] I vote for Joey. Shuri, and Kimber think it's the best move for our alliance and I'm trying to get one step ahead. [Shuri's Reason] There is really no satisfaction in this vote. The only good thing about it is making final seven, but I can't really trust Joey. It seems he's done some shady things, and not knowing him for so long...yeah...It has got to be done. [Kimber's Reason] Because Sebastian pisses me the hell off. He really does nothing but do challenges out here. I know other people are going another way, and I may be screwing myself over but I made a promise to Joey. I hope he can get past this vote. [Eloy's Reason] I have to vote Joey because my ass is on the line! [Ray's Reason] He's not my first choice, but it's the tribe concensus. Sorry but I gotta vote for Joey this time. [Megan's Reason] I vote for Ray cause he seems to be the threat that no one is looking out for and they're all dumb for it!
