The Chest.

One of my favorite bodyparts, the chest in my opinion is the symbol of strength. A full deep chest definitely leaves an impression. There's no denying it, when you have a big chest, people notice! And yes, next to arms, the chest is THE favorite bodypart to work out...especially if it responds very well to bodybuilding (like mine)!

There are a variety of movements for the chest, and they all hit the chest in a variety of ways to develop a full, deep chest.

I believe that the basic compound movements are the best at building muscle, and when you build the chest, the rest just falls into place!
