As stated on the main page of the site, cathexis means "investment of mental or emotional energy in a person, object or idea". This is very fitting because:
1. As a webmaster I am investing mental energy (i.e. creativity) to make this site (an object)
2. As an actresss Monika invests mental and emotional energy into the characters that she portrays.
3. Oh yeah... all that and I think the word looks good, too!
