takes place a few months after Initial D First Stage. After Takumi defeated Ryousuko (Redsuns) in the last battle, Takumi's name was known everywhere for his superior driving skills. |

Emperor comes challenging other race car teams and they drive their LanEvo which is really
fast and superior in every way. After they win other teams, they will take their team logo sticker and cut it in half and stick it on their car up side down. |

The Emperor's leader is Kyouichi Sudou and the second driver is?Seiji Iwaki.?They first challenge the "Night Kids" leader - Takeshi Nakazato.?Although Takeshi drives his R32 - Nissian Skyline GTR, he still lose. Also, he crashed his car in the race. | |
