I took some fireworks still shots off of my TV with my digital camera.  I had taped the fireworks, since they were broadcasted on Channel 12.  They lasted over 40 minutes and were spectacular.  I did my best on the still shots, but they didn't turn out as well as I would have liked.  But it gives you an idea of the variety of fireworks that were shot off.

This is a tradition for Cincinnati each and every year on Labor Day weekend.  It has been going on for many years and put on by the Rozy Family, who have been putting on fireworks displays since the 1930's.  Each year the display gets bigger and better.  The fireworks are set to music as well, and that just makes them all the more amazing.  They are set off of two large barges on the river.  They even set them of of two bridges nearby, which is really cool.  Every year over half a million people gather on both sides of the river (Kentucky & Ohio) to witness this great event.

Hope you enjoy these pics.  I reduced them to a smaller size due to them looking better in a smaller sized format.
