This is the first page of a two-page comic comparing themes within the fairy tales recorded by the Brothers Grimm and the major themes of Christianity.  Though it's not often mentioned, the Grimms were faithful followers of Jesus by all accounts, and especially taken with the notion of the Holy Spirit speaking to all peoples at all times.  The stylized bird that I used as gutter seperation between panels was originally meant to be a wild goose, which in Celtic symbology represents the Holy Spirit; however, the closest thing I could find to the image I wanted was the illumination of an Eagle representing St. John in the Book of Kells.  I'm sure I could have found a Celtic illustration of a wild goose had I done more research, but I was running short on time.
