As much as it
kills me to post this, it has to be done..
I
have been on an extended break to sort out some stuff
irl. but I had planned on coming back in March.. When i
logged into my account i noticed that my chest was
whiped clean and my 2nd account Password was changed and
i could not access it. Taken from my chest and some of
my 1st accounts newb chars was numerous Majors, Tinked
up armor, ect ect. but also an Xbow which was more
valuable to me than anything in this game. (was
inscribed by a IG friend who passed away)
The
account (Meklaroth, a 140 something sword) was being
sold on for monatary value by sitheris.. The orginal
agreement between Misato(original owner),Sith, and
myself was that the account was mine as long as you
didnt sell it for money..
I trusted sith more
than anyone in AC. just for the fact that he was my
vassal for little over a year and we live in such close
proximity to each other.. I did owe Sith 10 dollars
which i remember sending him awhile back. He told
Kristopher the reason he did it was because of the 10
dollars that i owed him.. Sith made 150 dollars off the
account with most of my cherished items on it.
The account is sold now and I dont think there
is much hope in getting some of my items back that he
sold with the account. I believe he acted soley out of
greed.. I know it doesnt matter that much because he
doesnt play AC anymore.. but stealing is stealing and
what he did was wrong..
Coming back was supposed
to be this wonderful time for getting back in the game
and testing everything out. Now knowing that i have to
replace some items and loosing trust and respect for a
friend doesnt make me want to come back, Loosing the
Xbow is the worst thing that could happen to me..
Being stolen from by a trusted vassal is truly
stabbing me in the back. He had nothing to loose by
stealing. but his rep on the vault.

I'm good
friends with IW through AC, and Sith through AC and I
know him a little bit in RL, so this is tricky for me.
I gave Mek to Sith when I quit in October, under
the agreement he could play it, just not sell it without
talking to me about it first. He then got bored, and
gave it to IW, which I told the same thing: he could
play it, just don't sell it without discussing it with
me first.
So today Sith reads my coming back to
AC post and mentions he sold the account, without asking
me or IW ahead of time. According to Sitheris, when he
gave IW the account IW never changed the CC Info and
charged his card for a couple month, without Sith really
noticing. So IW agreed to Paypal him the money, it was
his mistake. Sith says he never got the money. IW says
he only mischarged Sith's card once, and he paypal'd him
the money.
After hearing Sith's case I agreed
with him. If someone was charging my card and not
refunding it I would be pissed and yank the account too.
But after hearing IW's side too, it seems Sith didn't
even talk to him about it, just yanked it and sold it.
So either Sitheris was wronged, or he just saw
this as a way to make a quick buck and took advantage of
it. I originally bought to account over the summer, so
since I gave it away to Sith for free originally I made
him give me a cut in what he sold the account for. He
transferred the cash to me no problem. It's still
sitting in my account, not sure what to do with it or
make of any of this.
I plan on talking to
Sitheris tommorow about this. I don't want to condemn
anyone just now, since both involved are my friends. I'm
going to sleep in a few so if there's any questions PM
me and I'll reply in the morning.

what I understand, they will be working that out
somewhat.
the only things that were truly yours
were the items, which he shouldn't have taken. misato is

I've been 'given'
accounts by friends only to have them yanked back. I had
to converse with the new idiot playing the account to
get my stuff, and I didn't even get it all, though it
wasn't much. (plats and loot, and one pair of major
coord tassets) Maybe you can talk to the new owner about
the xbow, and if he's a cool guy cool, he will be able
to work out you getting it back. but beware, he will
probably trade it to you, not just give it

understand that. I am not as upset about the actual
meklaroth account just for the reason that it was given
to me. but he violated the agreement between misato and
that is between those two.
I am upset that he
logged into MY account and stole MY items from my chest
and from my other characters, thats where he did more
wrong then yanking the account. going out of his way to
steal my items is surely out of greed. I trusted him
with my info yeah. because he was my vassal for little
over a year and i thought he could be trusted. tbe xbow
is irreplacable unfortunaltey. im trying to get the
contact info for the winner so i can see about trading
it.

disturbs me more than when people use the "pixel"
referance. As if they have any idea of what they are
talking about. Im sure turbine would be pretty ticked
off knowing thats all you refer to when denoting the
characters of thier game, you have any idea as to how
many endless hours of scripting go along with these

Ok, I'm under
the impression that even though -Sitheris- didn't have
permission to sell the account, all's well on that since
Misato did get her portion from the account. Please tell
me if that's correct. The main thing I'm stuck on now
is, -Sitheris- logged onto another of IW's accounts
(which was not Misato's account) and took items from the
characters and chest. Is that right? Also, is there any
proof that IW did indeed pay -Sitheris- back for the
time his CC was still being billed for the account IW
was then playing?

situation. If he would have asked me beforehand I would
have said no, since I don't believe he has any right to
make a profit off the account, seeing as he wasn't the
one playing it. I bought it, got all the max tinked
stuff, levels and quest items on it. He only played it
for a little bit.
From the looks of it IW owed
him $10 and for some reason he didn't get it. But
instead of asking IW where his money was he just yanked
the account. I would have rather he talked to him about
it first. Also, even if he did just yank it, he should
have only taken the account and not IW's stuff.
Sitheris had access to his chest i
believe.
He had access to both IW's
accounts.
Also, is there any proof that IW

IW is lacking a Paypal account or a
credit card. So he used his friends to send the money.
He's gonna look through the records today if he can talk
to his friend.

as well. IW, consider yourself lucky that I didn't do
anything to your main account. The thought had crossed
my mind but I didn't think such a drastic retalliation
would be appropriate.

I can go into my Paypal
history and look 60 days back and find no transaction
even relating to this. IW claimed he would send me a
check since he doesn't have Paypal, but I haven't seen
that either.
This isn't really about the money
at all, $10 is pocket change. The fact is that he played
on my CC when I specifically told him not to. Usually,
when someone makes a point loud and clear, you listen to them. I
didn't realize he was doing this until a month after I
gave him the account. He could've just as well ripped me
off for many more months after that.

My guess is that
you're a little twerp that's doing the best you can to
drag people into your miserable existance with you. My
estimated count is that you stole $150 dollars cash, a
couple hundred more in items, you're attempting to
tarnish the reputation of a person who's name is
Sitheris IG by speaking as him on the boards.
The one thing I take comfort in is the high
probability that your wacked out sense of justice will
soon catch up with you, and you will be enjoying your
sunsets trough the bars of your prision cell window.

tarnish the reputation of a person who's name is
Sitheris IG by speaking as him on the boards.
This is the ORIGINAL Sitheris. Your good
buddy, the one who plays sitheris now, bought his
account. This person made the character.
The
one thing I take comfort in is the high probability that
your wacked out sense of justice will soon catch up with
you, and you will be enjoying your sunsets trough the
bars of your prision cell window.
Why would
something to do with a game account EVER imply that
someone had criminal intentions in real life? Come on,
seriously. Try and use that thing between your ears
before spouting off.

I have sold my
account 1 year ago (original Shadow Ripper) and i have
heard it passed 3-4 new owners since then ... who knows
...
a RL friend of mine (that i know him years
before AC) has 4 accounts and i have access to all of
them, but i play only 1 of them.
RL friendship
worths sharing an account.
any other situation
does not.
IG friends that have never met can
stay IG friends without sharing pws.
Gekk only
had known my pw for use in a chain remake (2 years ago
cause i could not log in at the time)and and after that
pw has changed
conclusion : every
time(well often enough) some1 trusts some1 with a pw we
got a drama ... why dont u people just stop givings ur
"pixels" info away ?

After reading
through each person's posts, my own personal opinion is
that you stole from both Misato and IW.
Through
your own words, you knew when he got the account that
your CC info was on it, you could have removed it then.
You also knew the account info after he started playing,
so you could have removed it while in his possession.
Being pissed about the $10 does not make you a thief
though.
Taking an account that doesn't belong to
you and selling it makes you a thief. Taking items from
a person without their permission for sale, makes you a
thief. I expected better replies from you duder
I'd add you to my list if there were a name or
something to put on it (I will however, add your vnboard
name).

Thats messed
up in the head, im going by and checking the records
today after class, but if not you could have mentioned
that it didnt go through man. instead u sold an account,
whiped my chest clean along with other items

it didnt go through, I am sorry, but there is no way in
