ATTENTION: SPOILERS

1.  The Fifth Element, by composer  Eric Serra.
What's happening here is  near the end of the movie.  Korban Dallas (Bruce Willis) states his love for the supreme being, perfect woman, the fifth element Leloo (Millla Johovich) to save the world from a huring evil planet about to destroy earth that only the fifth element, Leloo, can stop.  .

2.  Buffy the Vampire Slayer, composed by Christophe Beck.
Here is the theme played consistently during this show with the Buffy (Sara Michelle Gellar) and Angel (David Boreanaz) relationship.  The main full theme  plays as Buffy is forced to send Angel into a portal to hell.  Prior to this Angel turned back to his demon self and sought to open this gate to hell.  Once this gate opened, only the blood of the one who opened it, evil Angel, could close it.  Just as the gate opened Buffy's friend Willow (Allison Hannigan), an emerging witch, did a spell that restored Angel's soul to turn him back into good Angel.  Well by now it was too late and Buffy kisses him, says close your eyes, and he does then she stabs him in the stomach and this is where the theme plays Angel is taken into hell and Buffy looses her love.

3.  Dark Angel season 2, couple= Max and Logan.
What is happening here is in the 2nd, I think, episode of season 2 in which the genetically engineered soilder an X5, Max (Jessica Alba), who escaped her military creators in MANTICORE  as a child, is recaptured.  During this theme playing is when she finally escapes MANTICORE  AGAIN and meets back with her love Logan (Michael Wheatherly).  Believing her dead, as left off in season 1, Logan is shocked to see her and they kiss passionately.  Then he almost dies after MANTICORE infected Max with a virus with her as only a carrier of it and had it targeted to kill Logan if she touched him.  Luckily they were able to save him but the couple could not touch one another this entire season and then the show was canceld. Darn it all!

4.  Starwars, by composer John Williams.
This little jig  named "Cantina Band,"  I believe occurs in episode IV right before Luke and Obi wan finds pilot Han Solo.  But could be in another scene in some various other world bar.

5.  Ecco the Dolphin.  I ADORED this game and is the only reason, well ok the Jurassic park game as well scince it had at the time a realistic T-Rex pop up and say sega, that I LOVE this old game system.  This theme occurs in the first Ecco game just as Ecco enters the time machine to destroy the evil aliens called Vortex after the Vortex queen captured his pod and many other creatures of the sea.  The 2nd game "Ecco the Tides of Time" encountered the Vortex again and both the past and new is the future along with prettty flying in the air, telepathic future dolphins.  Had beautiful levels and nice music as did the first one but the ending SUCKED!  The Vortex queen gets stuck in the past, so does this mean she creates havoc by getting more Vortex in the world? I DON'T KNOW!  And THEN poor Ecco goes into the time machine to on accident when he tried to destroy it but gets freakin lost in it as it is destroyed and THAT is the ending.  Ecco lost forever in the tides of time.  GIVE ME A BREAK!  30 HARD levesls, HOURS of playing time, and that' s the end.....

6.  Starwars, "May the Force be with You" theme, by composer John Williams, talent is the force.
We keep hearing this scene usually when we see Luke Skywallker first as he dreamed of leaving his planet for the stars then throughout ALL the starwar episodes representing the force usually or when of the famous characters with the force.

7.  Steven Speilbergs Poltergeist, by composer Jerry Goldsmith who I believe just passed away this year (2005).  This theme you here in the begining credits and then the end right after the family who lived with these poltergeists leave their home that was destroyed which was  built over an indian burial grown with only the headstones gone that they were not aware of.  I feel it represents this loving family and the innocent little girl Carol Anne (Heather Orouke) born in this house and gets stuck in the family tv.  Ok well that's what I thought when I was little.  I guess technically she's kidnapped into this OTHER word and OUR world could only corespond with her throuch the living room tv on a staticy channel.

8.  Scifi channel's Children of Dune Mini Series, Dune Messiah part, by composer Brian Tyler. Based on the books Dune Messiah and Children of Dune by Frank Herbert.  This theme plays beautifilly in one of the last parts of the first of 3 parts in the mini, Dune Messiah. It is a combination of shots with many important things happening.  The main part is Paul Atreides only love Chani giving birth to the twins Ghanima and Leto (both part of COD).  Chani dies, Paul looses his love and runs into the desert never sene again as Paul Atriedes.  The significance is that Leto actually Leto II is his name starts a Golden Path by merging with sandtrout (these are little living type worms that develop into the huge worms of the desert planet Dune/Arrakis) to mold himself into becoming one himselft to perserve his life and direct humanity into his Golden Path to save it for thousands of years.  He sacrifced his humanity to do this.  He was called a tyrant and was but did it to save humanity.  He had visions and something leads to humanity ending and could only be stopped by Leto becoming a God Emperor.  He manipulated his subjects to develop or hope to eventually be blind to his subjects so that they could be free from living life through visions that could acutlly trap humanity by not living and thinking for themselves.  Ok I'll sop I can go on and on here.

9.  Starwars Episode II Attack of the Clones, "Across the Stars" theme, by composer John Williams.  Couple= Anakin Skywalker aka Darth Vader and Pademe Amidal.  You first here this theme in attack of the clones representing the love between Anaking (Hayden Christensen) and Padame (Natilie Portman).  I really enjoyed this theme, very pretty.

10.  Phantom of the Opera the song Angel of Music,  by Andrew Loyd Webber.  This song is from the famous broadway play.  It was made into a beautiful movie which opened it up to me even more.  Christine sings this talking about the Phantom, her "Angel of Music," who secretely tutored her in music making her a wonderful soprano singer who was tortured by the same "Angel" who was obsessed with her, his music, and deformed face.  In the end it is his own cruelty, not his face, that seperates the two.

11.  Titanic, by James Horner.  I ADORED this soundtrack to the point I NEVER well not never but I really do not listen to it!  It's beautiful but played it over and over again!  The diva is of course Celine Dion singing the theme to the movie, not this actual tidbit, "My Heart Will Go On" which won and oscar.  The director James Cameron did not want a theme song but James Horner and whoever wrote the lyrics brought it to him and he agreed to keep put it in the movie.  What entailed was one of the best marketing strategy at that time for movies.  Everytime that song played on the radio or video tv channel was a direct advertisement for this 3.5 hour movie that could never get like any previews and posters, tv appearances could.  EVERYtime  this song was played reminded me of this movie and I was INSTANTLY back there and had to see the movie again.  That I believe was a huge factor in why people saw this movie over and over agian in the theatres not even waiting for dvd.  Or wasn't it still really VHS tapes then....wow!  Also the emerging teenybop kids rekindled with pop songs and idols like Leonardo Dicaprio just emerged during this time!
