PubWan is a neologism, not a word, so it has no definition. As far as I (LorraineLee) know, the word pubwan does not appear in any dictionary of the English language. I do know for a fact that pubwan at least was once recognized as a pseudo-word with its own pseudo-definition listed in a pseudo-dictionary™ of the (a?) pseudo-English language. This is because I know for a fact that my submission of the neologism "pubwan" to the pseudo-dictionary™ pseudodictionary.com® was accepted and weblished there for a period of at least a couple years.
The reason I say "at least was once" instead of simply "is" a couple of sentences back is because I am a vagrant netizen rathen than a residential ISP subscriber, so I have no way of verifying what "is" or "is" not part of "Principia Cybernetica Web" (or whatever it would most generically be called) in real time, except of course during my approximately (at frequentest) monthly occasions when I treat myself to enough discretionary use of transportation resources to take a field trip to the publicly accessible computer lab at MCC.

As far as I am concerned, it is an open question whether the possibility exists for "pubwan" to be a defined English word. I do believe that if it is at all possible, it is (at most) strictly to the extent that I manage to succeed as a volunteer recruiter.
Although it isn't really relevant to the question of whether "pubwan" can or should be an English word, I would like to wrap up this "article" with a discussion of the question of whether "pubwan" means anything in any language. I personally do not know the answer to this question, mainly because I'm a (stereo!)typical American in that I'm not much of a polyglot. I do suspect that "pubwan" may mean something in German and/or Thai. Like any linguistically challenged web user, this speculation is based on my use of search engines. Specifically, to the extent that I've found that all of the hits on the string "pubwan" of authorship other than my own fall into two broad categories...web pages in the German language and web pages in the Thai language. Readers fluent in either of these languages are especially invited to run web searches on "pubwan" and provide educated guesses as to what it means.
