Allow others, as you have been allowed. Allow alterations of copies, if you have ReadWriteWiki, if you want. Allow for possible factual errors or omissions. Allow an indefinite period of time for delivery.
One thing you can do with it is to fork() it. If many people do this, there will be many pubwan wikis, and keeping track of which is which may eventually(?) prove difficult. Nevertheless, in such an event these many people will have created a wide area multithread (wam). Since this document and its derivatives are ungoverned by the CypherpunksAntiLicense, such a wam would be a "pubwam" (public wam).
