A specification sheet, in theory, summarizes tested performance of an appliance or other device. Unfortunately for the CauseOfTransparency, the specification sheet for a lot of products is inside the package. The PubWan movement should consider maintaining a database of product specifications, to the extent that this is PubwanPrinciples.html">lawful. Also of interest is the independent measurement of specifications by pubwan volunteers, again for inclusion in a searchable public database.
