Lower the opportunity cost of open information policies.

Increase the amount of independence from entities other than self enjoyed by individuals.

Lower the opportunity of being "out", in any sense of the word.

Snap some slack out of the Lorenz plot of intelligence.

Make it easier for individuals to increase their individual and collective intelligence, hopefully without tactics or strategies openly hostile to institutions.

Lower the opportunity cost of living as if tactics, strategy, hostility, etc. don't matter.
