Our Club respects the rights of our members and it is our responsibility to protect information that is provided to us by our members. Persons who represent the Club may have access to information that is private in nature and this information should not be distributed to a third party without prior permission of the Club. An example of this is when a person has access to the Club database of over 2,000 players: This information should not e distributed for use as a mailing list.

The NASC Board decided that a Confidentiality Agreement must be signed by all members of the Board. You can obtain a copy of the form here; complete it and return it to the Club President.
