The Family and Medical Leave Act guarantees each letter carrier up to 12 weeks of leave each Postal leave year. When using FMLA, take the NALC forms in a sealed envolope to the Postmaster's office or give them to your Union Steward to handle. You should not give them to your supervisor! |
