1. Disaster Relief Kit: Cost:$10. This kit includes five toiletries-On Duty deodorant, Moisture Therapy hand cream, Moisture Therapy lip balm, Skin-So-Soft Bug Guard Plus and Skin-So-Soft shower gel. Avon will immediately contribute $4 to the hurricane relief fund for every disaster relief kit sold.

A gold tone heart is positioned over the region hit hard by the hurricane. You can submit orders by phone, email, or my Avon Web page. If you send your order to me via email then in the subject line put "Avon Order C-18" (the campaign number is in the upper right hand corner of your brochure.) Your email should include your name, phone number, page number, name/color and the idem number of the product that you wish to order. I will then email you back a copy of your invoice so that you know the amount due at the time of delivery. All invoices are in PDF format.
Order Due dates and Delivery:
All orders must be in by 9pm on the date on the brochure. I will call you when your order is in so that we can set-up a time that is best for you to have me to come by with your order. If you are ordering online you can have your order shipped directly to you or I can ship it to you. I charge for shipping depending on the size of the order. I usually deliver the week following the order due date. For example if the order due date is 8/16/05 then delivery week would be Aug. 22-27. If you forget you can click on the calendar link above.
Payment:
Payment in FULL is due at the time of delivery. Orders will be held for a maximum of 7 days only!
You can pay in cash, check, credit card, or pay pal (online). If you would like to use pay pal let me know so I send your invoice through their program.
