Go to http://geocities.com/ and open your file for editing.
(Click on Yahoo! PageBuilder, then Launch PageBuilder. If the
desired file doesn't load automatically, click on Open, then select
the file.)
Click on either Insert or Add-ons.
Select Forms and Scripts, then HTML Code.
In the window that opens up, click in the Script box, then press
Ctrl-V to paste the code.
Click on OK.
A box labeled Script now appears on your page. Click inside the
box, and eight points appear around the edges of the box. Click and
drag at these points to get the box into roughly the size of a
WebRing Navigation Bar. Then click anywhere inside the box and drag
it to the location on the page where you want the WebRing Navigation
Bar to appear.
Save the file, and you're all set.
