Coleman's Basye Bistro is family owned and operated. We are dedicated to ensuring the best possible service and the freshest high-quality food for your money. We use only fresh seafood, prime Angus beef, free range organic chickens and eggs, fresh local herbs, and organic vegetables whenever possible. Ninety-five percent of our breads and desserts are baked in our own ovens. We create our products in-house and fresh daily.
The warm comfortable nostalgic atmosphere is an offering of appreciation to our guests. Named after a vibrant three-year-old, Coleman's Basye Bistro welcomes all who enter. The only things we require are shoes, shirts, and a comfortable notion that you will receive the freshest, highest quality products available, in a clean and charming setting. We are now entering our fifth year of serving you.
