NGC's Roller Set 101

Freshly washed and condition hair. Initially detangled in shower.

Hair seems ready for rolling now. I fully stretch the hair so that it will going on the roller smoothly

Length of hair is stretched out in preparation to roll

I comb the ends over the roller to get a smooth set all the way to the ends of my hair which are very coily

Yep - all these rollers fit on my head 8o) The more rollers, the smaller the sections, the smoother the set IMO

I used a seamless comb to create a smaller section to actually roll

I keep my hair taunt as I roll it on the roller, again to get a smooth set

Make sure hair is completely dry before removing the rollers

I used a combination of Bouncy Creme and Carol's Daughter Healthy Hair Butter to smooth on small section

I also keep the rolled hair tight to ensure a smooth set

I comb the product through the hair to ensure good coverage and to ensure hair is thoroughly detangled before rolling

Now - don'tr do what I did here. I simply fingercomb my hair. Instead, to avoid this bouffant look, wrap your hair and let it set as a wrap, or if your hair is long enough, pull it back into a ponytail. All-in-all you can have a nice rollerset without the use of heat 8o)
