Well you must've clicked on this link because you want to know more about me, so I will try not to make it too long.
Presently I am the manager of the
Nevada Computer Lab at the Univ. of Illinois. I have been manager of
this site for one year now and let me tell you, it is truly one of the
best jobs that I've ever had. I have learned so much since I started as a
site consultant with the
Instructional
Computing Sites, to
now becoming a manager.
With the job comes a lot of responsibility, which as helped me develop
many skills like patience and time management. What I do is basically
oversee this one particular computer lab, by making sure the site
consultants who are working there know what to do, making sure the
equipment is working properly, and just making sure the students are happy
with our lab. I carry a pager, which keeps me on call 24/7 just in
case anything happens or if a site consultant needs help.
An interesting fact about me:
I LOVE ROSES!!! (especially pink ones) I don't know where this
fascination came from, but I am in love with pink roses. For kicks, I
usually surf the web and just look at them to brighten up my day. Weird
huh? I guess it's true that "It's the little things that count the
most".
Also, I have a new hobby to add to my list of:

hanging out with my best girlfriends!***
