The School in the Forest
Dear Students and Teachers:

The scientists at the Black Rock Forest need your help collecting data about the amount of acid in the ponds and reservoirs in the Forest. When you visit the Forest in the spring you will be hiking to a number of ponds and reservoirs in order to collect data about the amount of acid in each body of water.

We have created this web page so that you can become an expert on acid rain, and learn the skills you will need for this scientific expedition.

Each of the links on the right side of the page will present you with information and experiments that will help you prepare for your trip to the Forest.

Good luck with your research.  We will see you at the Forest in May and June.
