BLACKEST OF THE BLACK U.S. TOUR CANCELLED

Blasphemer (MAYHEM) has issued the following communicate: "On behalf of MAYHEM, I regret to inform you that the Blackest of the Black U.S. Tour (DANZIG, MAYHEM, DEATH ANGEL, DEVIL DRIVER) has been cancelled. We are extremely upset by this news as the band has prepared for months and are in top shape to conquer the country! Unfortunately, this decision was not made by us and beyond our control. From our side everything was planned, confirmed, taken care of and verbally agreed with the management of and DANZIG himself. If it was up to us, we would be on your shores within days! The fate of the tour was not in our hands, and I can�t elaborate beyond that statement. However, don�t get too comfortable. In the midst of winter, 2005, we shall return with the �Rape Humanity with Pride Tour� complete a horrific stage presentation. So, to all our fans, stay Black and we will see you all early next year. The beast of MAYHEM cannot be stopped!"

TSJUDER

Having released two albums through DRAKKAR PRODUCTIONS, TSJUDER now sign to SEASON OF MIST. The Norwegian Black Metal band will record their third album in July 2004. This album will be entitled "Desert Northern Hell" and be released this fall. Travel to: www.tsjuder.com for more info.

DAWN OF RELIC

DAWN OF RELIC and SEASON OF MIST continue working together! The band enters the Tico Tico Studio coming November to record their third full-length album entitled "Night on Earth". Some of the songs to be included on the album are : "September and the One", "Darken", "Birth", "The Thing in the Rain" and "The Room of Paintings". In other news, DAWN OF RELIC part ways with their bass player Pekka Mustonen (bass). After working together for ten years, Pekka decided it was time to continue his studies. The band is currently looking for a new band member.

ESOTERIC

ESOTERIC have been confirmed to play at The Old Angel in Nottingham on the 25th of September 2004. Inert and Tenebrae support the band during this show. More dates in the UK are to be confirmed. Dates have also been confirmed for a series of gigs in Norway and Finland in November 2004 with SKEPTICISM, REVEREND BIZARRE, DRACONIAN and others.

GLITTERTIND

GLITTERTIND is a one-man project where Torbjorn Sandvik is the driving force. The name GLITTERTIND was adopted from the name of one of the highest mountains of Jotunheimen in Norway. Jotunheimen is a beautiful, majestic and mystic mountain range. Torbjorn is a very young artist (born in 1985!) and a big lover of the vast nature of Norway. The music is romantic towards Norway�s nature and a bit traditional as well. Hidden folk tunes are everywhere ! The force of GLITTERTIND is somehow to modernize these ancient Folk melodies, spiced up with lyrics on historical occurrences, like on �EVIGE ASATRO� where the main theme of the lyrics is the christianisation of Norway. GLITTERTIND is not glorifying the past, but strongly stands for the belief that to understand the future one has to learn from the past. And in times of globalization the issue of knowing more about your own roots and past might be more important than ever before !!! To set the record straight, this does not mean other cultures or histories are less, this behaviour often linked to racism is not GLITTERTIND�s point of view (nor the label�s). GLITTERTIND is national romantic music, connected to Heathen beliefs combined with a love for Folk music, Punk and Metal, all in a Scandinavian jacket !!!

ADIMIRON

ADIMIRON is one of the most active bands in the Italian metal scene and their style could be labelled as technically skilled Death/Thrash Metal, with Blackish touches� all put into great songs with melodies and killer guitar-solos !!! In the years 2001 & 2002 ADIMIRON released a demo and a MCD and these releases already spread the name of the band in the underground thoroughly. Following these 2 releases ADIMIRON played over 80 gigs all over Europe. The MCD sold pretty well and the band is the perfect example of a fanatic D.I.Y. mentality� always willing to play, no matter where or what. In 2002 they were even awarded as best newcomer, best guitarist and best vocalist in one of the most important Italian webmagazines. In the following years the band played even more gigs and ADIMIRON decided to shop around for a descent recordlabel to release their debut-album, which eventually resulted in a deal with Dutch label KARMAGEDDON MEDIA, early 2004. ADIMIRON�s debut album �Burning Souls� is a very big surprise� an explosion unheard for a debut-album� check this out !!!

FINNUGOR

FINNUGOR is the band of Gabriel Wolf who started his career in music back in 1990. At this moment he is involved in 4 bands, of which FINNUGOR is his most important one. Gabriel�s activities are all about Symphonic Black Metal. So far FINNUGOR released two albums and one DVD (which features Attila of the legendary MAYHEM). The albums were released by ADIPOCERE RECORDS but unfortunately without too much promotion. The style on this new album has matured and can be described as Symphonic Black Metal with Folkish elements. The core of FINNUGOR is Gabriel Wolf (from Hungary) and Tomi Kalliola (from Finland, also a member of AZAGHAL and HIN ONDE). The new album "Darkness Needs Us" is actually a unique release, since it features not less than 10 ! guest artists, which you can see in the tracklist down below. FINNUGOR has all the cards to play the game well this time and this album could well become a classic Black Metal release within time !!!

HUMAN MINCER

Spanish brutal Death metallers HUMAN MINCER have just finished the writing process of the songs that will be featured on their second album that will be entitled "Devoured Flesh". In October 1st, the band will enter the V.R.S. Studios in Madrid where they already recorded their previous effort (and where bands like WORMED, AVULSED, THE LAST LEGACY amongst many others, recorded their latest works). The release date for "Devoured Flesh" is scheduled for January 1st of 2005 and this one promises to be way more brutal, fast and catchy than their already acclaimed debut album that established them as one of the main forces in the Spanish brutal Death scene.

ANVIL OF DOOM

Spanish melodic Death Metal newcomers ANVIL OF DOOM have just finished the recording of their debut album "Deathillusion" with an excellent result!! After a delay of various months over the scheduled release date, we at XTREEM MUSIC are proud to say that the wait was well worth!! Never before in Spain, there was such an amazing band creating such an unique brand of melodic, aggressive & technical Death Metal avoiding the typical imitations. Sure there's influences in their music from bands like ARCH ENEMY, CHILDREN OF BODOM, IN FLAMES, SOILWORK, DEATH... but they're blended and incorporated to their music in a masterly way with an excellent vocal performance and killer guitar solos. If this band would've been signed by a label like NUCLEAR BLAST, we could be talking about the new melodic Death Metal heroes... (but instead, they prefer to sign C.O.B. clones like IMPERANON, haha!!). The release date for "Deathillusion" is scheduled for September 15th. VIDRES A LA SANG

The latest addition to XTREEM MUSIC's rooster is the brand new spanish sensation VIDRES A LA SANG, a band hailing from Barcelona that recently self-financed the release of their debut album "Vidres A La Sang" of which only 500 copies were made in March 2004. This album caused such an impact at XTREEM's office that a deal was immediately offered to the band who gladly accepted. The band's debut album is set for immediate re-issue through XTREEM MUSIC with completely new artwork and layout and a proper promotion and distribution that will for sure discover this band to the worldwide underground. VIDRES A LA SANG plays a totally crushing mixture of Death & Black Metal with an awesome production. Noticeable influences from bands such as AETERNUS, MORBID ANGEL, IMMORTAL can be heard on this work of indisputable quality. TREPALIUM
