Minimum/General Experience: Minimum 6 years practice training and/or experience in information systems development, training, or related fields. Must have two years specialized experience. Specialized experience includes: experience in developing and providing ADP and end-user training on computer hardware and application software.
Functional Responsibility:
- Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses. Develops and revises these courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.
- Prepares instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids). Prepares student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
- Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars.
- Evaluates student performance.
Experience: 6 + years applicable experience.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related fields or equivalent professional experience. Military service may be desirable depending upon training function.
