Waterfall 3 miles into the Na'pali coast.
Small boar I shot in Hanakoa on a 3-night trip. Made good dinner. About 15 pounds. |

This is a nice billy that I shot above the 7-mile portion of the trail on the same trip. Made a billy call and he came running at me to fight. Scappy little fella, shot him in the front chest at 15 feet.
He left a good blood trail and rolled down into one of the valleys before stopping on some trees. I packed him out to the ridge for pictures. Horns measured 16 1/2 inches tip-to-tip and had a nice downward curl.. This is what I call an up-land goat. They live high up on the hills, have a more multi colored coat, and the horns curl down similar to that of a ram rather than the typical "up and out" curl of the spannish goat. Some are silver/blue in color. This one weighted around 80 pounds. |
