History shows us the contrary. In the past few years, Metropolitan Structures obtained roughly:

It�s important to note that it�s not a question of �winning�. As we mentioned previously, the R�gie calculates the actual increase based on set criteria.

The figures required to calculate �Fixation 2003� (the one you are now involved in) are not yet fully available. However, NITA forecasts increases far below what the Landlord is proposing.
