GROUP EXHIBIT
CLASS “GEO”

Open to any organization. No entry fee. $15.00 awarded for each display. Each article will
be judged out of a possible 10 points. Each article to be LABELED. Entries must be made one
week prior to the fair by phoning secretary at 799-5517 or email nnc@wightman.ca to register.

THEME: WHERE MEMORIES ARE MADE

All articles to be handmade. All items to be labeled (except #1).
 1. Appearance and Creativity of Display
 2. The family homestead, picture, any size, framed
 3. A sample of Grandpa or Grandma’s hobby
 4. A table centrepiece
 5. 2 articles of sewing, your choice
 6. Treats for the grandchildren
 7. A craft, your choice
 8. 3 jars of canned goods, judged for appearance only
 9. Table Blessing, handwritten, mounted on 8” x 10” paper
10. Grandma’s favourite painting or photograph
SPECIAL: Most points - $25 Voucher donated by Grants Your Independent Grocer, Hanover;
2nd – $25 Voucher donated by Hanover IGA, Hanover.


                          DISPLAY – NON PROFIT
CLASS “DNP”
Open to any non profit organization. Space with or without table available. Entries must be
made one month prior to the fair by letter to Secretary by email to nnc@wightman.ca or mail to
P.O. Box 253 Neustadt, ON N0G 2M0. Display only. Cost of space as determined by Society.


                          DISPLAY - COMMERCIAL
CLASS “DCO”
Open to any commercial organization. Space with or without table available. Entries must be
made one month prior to the fair by letter to Secretary by email to nnc@wightman.ca or mail to
P.O. Box 253 Neustadt, ON N0G 2M0. Cost of space as determined by Society.
