Happiness

HAPPINESS

Like a breath of fresh air
You entered my life
And suddenly the thorns of my life
No longer scratch my legs
And the roses, once black and dry
Now bloom beautifully
Surrounding me in color
And the leaves, once curled and brown
Now rise, stunningly green
Catching every drop of rain and ray of sunshine
And the roots extend further into the ground
Because they never want to leave this perfect patch of happiness.
