Resignation
And though I may despair now,
And though all hope seems lost,
I plan to be the one who'll go
Down any road, at any cost.
So I'll talk until I'm hoarse,
And I'll weep 'til my heart breaks;
I'll keep God up 'til dawn,
If that is what it takes.
I love you more than words
Could justice ever do.
And so I'll be here waiting,
