Was the Bible tampered with??
The mistake that proves that the Bible was never tampered with.

A lot of differences and discrepancies would have risen between the Old and the New Testaments, if one word was changed in either the New Testament or the Old Testament. But in reality the New and the Old Testament are in full agreement with each other in the sense that one tells a symbolic story and the other tells its actual and exact fulfillment in reality. Yet the meaning and the interpretations of these stories were not known even to those who did them or made them come true except for Christ himself.

Over the ages Jews and Christians were and still are of different opinion about the different aspects of faith including the disagreement about the personality of Christ himself. So the Jews would have made a scandal about any change made by Christians in the New testament as it would not come in conformity with the book which is in their hands, and in the same way, the Christians would have made a big scandal of any change brought about by Jews in the Old Testament, as it would have brought about too many discrepancies in fulfilling and making prophecies come true.

Why did the Jews who think that they are the chosen people of God not change things in the Old Testament which tell about their bad nature and temperament, their faithlessness, their cruel hearts, their hard necks, and things which brought disgrace to their kings and their genealogy, such as Solomon whose mother was no Jew but Bathsheba the Hittite, and the fact that king Solomon built temples for pagans in spite of the fact that God had given him wisdom, so what kind of a wise prophet and king was he who builds temples for idols? And king David who wrote the Psalms yet made plots and killed a faithful officer in his own army in order to get his wife.

So if the Jews wanted to change some things in the Old Testament, they would have changed all the things which make a mockery of their character and faithlessness, of their prophets and kings, of their endless divisions such as that between Aaron and his sister with Moses and because which God penalized them.

As for Christians, was it not better and more appropriate for them to describe Christ who was born from a virgin through a Godly miracle, and who performed thousands of miracles and raised dead people from death, as the unbeatable and untouchable prophet who is taken into the clouds to heaven as were Elijah and Enoch before him as mentioned in the Old Testament, instead of accepting and describing him as the Son of God who is spit and swore at, humiliated and disgraced who suffers so much pain before he was crucified in order to die then to be raised again. Is there any crazy idiot who does not want to take pride in the King of all kings who raises the dead and who in turn is taken to heaven instead of a crucified and pained Christ who rises and is glorified with life after death.

Yes, gentlemen it is a true fact "The King, the Son of God is crucified" , because if he was not crucified, then there would be neither profit or use of his coming nor of all his miracles, or his words or even his deeds, neither of any prophet who came before him nor of any one who claimed prophecy after him. For what use are they all if all humans as from Adam till the last man on earth will all go to hell to be immortal in it with all Devils and Demons who preceded them.

And what use would the people of earth get if the crucified Christ was not God, or if he had not offered himself willingly as a replacement for them. What if he was only a man and a prophet then he could redeem only one person if he himself had no sin of his own, or if they had crucified him by force and in spite of his free will then he would be no acceptable redemption replacing anyone else. And this is why these two particular points were clearly and distinctly mentioned in the New Testament so that the people of the world would understand the meaning and the purpose intended by the redemption and crucifixion as seen in:

John (18  3):
So Judas, procuring a band of soldiers and some officers from the chief priests and the Pharisees, went there with lanterns and torches and weapons.
4 Then Jesus, knowing all that was to befall him, came forward and said to them, "Whom do you seek?"
5 They answered him, "Jesus of Nazareth." Jesus said to them, "I am he." Judas, who betrayed him, was standing with them.
6 When he said to them, "I am he," they drew back and fell to the ground.
7 Again he asked them, "Whom do you seek?" And they said, " Jesus of Nazareth."
8 Jesus answered, "I told you that I am he; so, if you seek me, let these men (his disciples) go."

Also in: Matthew (26  51):
And behold, one of those who were with Jesus stretched out his hand and drew his sword, and struck the slave of the high priest, and cut off his ear.
52 Then Jesus said to him, "Put your sword back into its place; for all who take the sword will perish by the sword.
53 Do you think that I cannot appeal to my Father, and he will at once send me more than twelve legions of angels?
54 But how then should the scriptures be fulfilled, that it must be so?"

As you see, Jesus Christ presented and gave himself freely, as aGod he could have asked for legions of angels to defend him, but he did not. The fact that he is God is made obvious by the fall of his enemies to the ground as soon as he announced himself to them.

As for the second condition for an acceptable redemption, that is, he should have no sin of his own in himself, this is seen in:

John (8  45):
But, because I tell the truth, you do not believe me.
46 Which of you convicts me of a sin? If I tell the truth, why do you not believe me?
47 He who is of God hears the words of God; the reason why you do not hear them is that you are not of God."

Dont you understand that God the Almighty praised be his name is totally and eternally holly and that his holiness can not meet and mix with sinful humans who have little or a lot of evil in themselves.

Dont you ask yourselves, "Why were Adam and Eve thrown out of paradise just because of one disobedience and without taking into account of all their good deeds and obedience? Had God taken into account the balance of their good deeds compared to their one committed sin, we would have been all immortal rejoicing and enjoying ourselves in the garden of Eden.

So all of you humans of the world hear this and listen carefully, "He who has committed but one little sin in his entire life from its beginning to its end will never ever be able to stand before God to see his face," and he will go directly to the eternal hell of fire unless he believes and accepts the redemption of the crucified Son of God and is baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holly Spirit, The One God of all the eternity.

Now we mention the one mistake which is written in the New Testament:
Matthew ( 24  26):
So, if they say to you, "Lo, he is in the wilderness (Christ), do not go out; if they say, "Lo, he is in the inner rooms, do not believe it.
27 For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of man.
28 .. 29 "Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heaven will be shaken;
30 then will appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory;
31 and he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heaven to the other. .

No body dared to make changes in Item (27) above, the lightning can come from any direction and is not bound to go to any particular direction, and the only thing which comes from the east and shines as far as the east always is the sun, so if anyone had ever made changes in the New Testament he would have rather changed "the lightning" to "the sun" and then item (27) would give a clear and distinct meaning. But as God keeps and preserves his word, and as men and believers are scared stiff of coming under the wrath and judgment of the Almighty God blessed be his name if they dare to change a word in his book, that is why no body changed even this mistake which had taken place in the early translation from the original language. What is more men of faith went in different ways trying to give an explanation and a meaning to the sentence above, but no one dared to change it in spite of the fact that Bible was printed millions of times and in different languages.

As you see, Christ is coming back with power and great glory and his sign will appear with him in mid heaven and for every one to see as a final answer to all those who said that men thought that they have crucified him and to all those who did not believe in his redemption. But Alas, Alas, neither regret nor crying and weeping will be then of any use or worse still neither an alternative religion nor so called prophet will be of any use.
