A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 down of the purchase price of listed dog is required and agreed to by the signing of this contract by purchaser. Final balance paid on puppy has to be in the form of Cash, Money Order or Cashiers Check before the purchaser obtains possession of the puppy. No personal checks will be accepted for unpaid balances.
This deposit and signed deposit contract signifies the intent of the signed party to follow through with the purchase agreement.
It has been mutually agreed by both parties that the puppy will be held until age appropriate for placement in buyers home. The seller reserves the right to void this transaction by way of. if the chosen puppy becomes unavailable for some unforseen reason due to health issues before puppy is obtained by purchaser by all means the deposit would be retuned unless buyer wished to accept a replacement puppy for same purchase price.
