About the group:
- The Unipolar & Bipolar Support Group of Norwalk, CT, is a self-help group run completely by it's own members. The group has been in existence for about 15 years.
- Our primary focus is to provide understanding, and increasing knowledge to our members. We occasionally have guest speakers, or a special presentation.
- We stress confidentiality, but encourage friendship between members for educational and activity purposes.

Meetings:
- We meet every SECOND and FOURTH Thursday of each month,
from 7pm - 9pm.
- Our meetings are held at Grace Episcopal Church, located at
Union Park and Mott Ave. - See Directions and Map below.

Participation:
- You need only have an interest in Unipolar or Bipolar illness (also known as Depression and Manic-Depression illnesses).
- You may attend as a member, a family member, a friend, a professional, or simply a curious guest.
- Decaf-coffee is available, and other refreshments are served during the last half-hour of the meeting.
- Small Donations are accepted to offset the cost of group operation expenses, but are not required for participation.
