What is all this?  The N.O.T.R. is a secret, honor society which is an auxilliary of the Disabled American Veterans.  Membership is restricted to members of the D.A.V., and must be recommended by at least two brother rats.  Recommendations are based upon a conspicuous zeal for the D.A.V. and the aid and relief of our disabled comrades.  The Name, "Trench Rats" was born of the suffering of disabled veterans of the first world war, (see "History").  Coming events and Imperial as well as Dugout history can be viewed via the links below. Dugout #319 Maintains a Campground, (Veterans Memorial Park), on beautiful Lake Cumberland, just outside of Jamestown, Kentucky.  Being the only dugout in the state of Kentucky, Dugout #319 is composed of Disabled Veterans from all around the commonwealth.  Our charitable donations include donations to veterans hospitals and homes, and dontations towards the acquisition of new Vans for the D.A.V. network to use in transportin vets to and from their V.A. medical appointments.
