Novatus Group currently consists of two companies; Novatus Properties, LLC and Novatus Homes, LLC. We are located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Novatus Properties' focus is investing in distressed homes that require significant renovation to bring them back up to neighborhood standards. Once renovated, the homes are sold through residential Realtors to buyers intending to reside in them.
Novatus Homes finds current homeowners who wish to quickly sell their properties and then matches these homes with potential buyers who intend to reside in them.
