We provide women, age fifty years and over, opportunities to have fun, keep fit, develop lasting friendships, and compete at the highest level while playing 3 on 3 half-court basketball. Our players range in age from 50-86 and live in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. We train and play once a week. Players have opportunities to play on teams and compete in local and out-of-town 3 on 3 tournaments in their age group. Six teams competed in the 2008 Virginia Senior Games in Virginia Beach and are qualified to play in the 2009 National Senior Games in San Francisco.

The community center is located on Annandale Road just north of Route 50 (inside the Beltway). From Route 50, go north on Annandale Road. Turn right at first light into the James Lee Community Center parking lot. Sign in at the front desk. While facing the desk, turn left and walk to the end of the corridor to the gym.
