North Richland Hills "Traffic" Department means exactly what it says.� This website was created for the citizens of North Richland Hills who are sick and tired of the fact that the police do not patrol the residentials.

Why is it the only time we see cops in the neighborhoods is if they are there on a call.� The only place we see them is on the main roads running license plates, or pulling people over.� Are you sick of your cars getting broken into?� Something that could have been avoided by a little something called "Preventative Patrol"!
