| The owner and creator of this web page believes in destiny. Every human being is born into this world with a set purpose and path in life, which is linked to the previous existence. However, destiny does not represent the actual outcome of a person's life. It only outlines the potential fate of a person. Whether one actually fulfills his or her destiny (good or bad) depends on one's actions, choices and how these intermingle with circumstances. Of course if one is not destined for greatness or success in a particular field, then one will probably never achieve it. In a way, one's destiny is encrypted in the birth date, time and circumstances, which takes a Master fortune teller or divination practitioner to generally (but not precisely) decipher. Things may yet change along the way, depending on God(s) or Nature's will. In other words, Man can propose but it is ultimately up to God(s) or Nature to endorse or dispose.
