Sarah Beth Tripp is 23 years old. Born August 14, 1980, Sarah became a Leo at birth, or as she likes to say, "Queen of the jungle". Her mom  started teaching her about fitness and weight training at a very young  age. "I believe I was seven the first time I worked out with her at Fitness USA." Sarah's mother was a manager and personal trainer there for 15 years, and that made healthy living a very important part of her life. Sarah explained,"I have always enjoyed working out, and just being at the gym. Working out is very therapeutic for me, when I'm stressed out, I can take out my aggression and anger on those darn weights! I had never even heard of "figure competitions" until about a year ago, when my manager at Bally's suggested that I enter one. I decided to look more into it, and went to see a show. Seeing the beautiful girls on stage really impressed me so I decided to give it a try. About a month later, I entered myself into the Malissa Frabbiele Classic and took 3rd place out of twelve other girls. I was very happy with my placing, but set lots of goals for my next contest. I have competed in a total of five contests, with two first place, one second place, one third place, and one fifth place win. I am striving every day for perfection, and always learning something new along the way. This past year has been incredible, developing my mind and body has had such a positive impact in my life. I still focus on the future and achieving a career in the fitness industry, but I am enjoying every moment of the present."
