The Seaway Festival Committee would like to thank everyone who volunteered for this year's Button Blitz!

Welcome to the Official Website of the Ogdensburg International Seaway Festival.

For 46 years a committee of few has volunteered its time detailing this festival to celebrate the St. Lawrence Seaway.  As volunteers, committee members donate their time by trying to establish sponsors for various events, which are designed to attract more tourists every year.  With the 47^th anniversary coming up, it seems each year gets harder and harder to find sponsors, because business people are forgetting that the Ogdensburg International Seaway Festival is a Non-Profit Organization.  Every dollar that we raise and sponsorship that we attain goes right back into the Seaway Festival to bring better entertainment and events to Ogdensburg, including but not limited to the prizes for all of our events: ex; kids’ fishing derby & fun day games; the Golden Helmets – Motorcycle Team; all the bands throughout the week; and not to mention the Friday night entertainment & fireworks display.  The Seaway Festival Parade alone this year will cost us approximately $16,000.00. Our goal as a committee is to think of ways to attract more people to this joyous celebration every year, and in order to do that, sometimes we need to go to our local businesses for help.  Seaway Festival week is the busiest week of the year for business owners in Ogdensburg, and the Ogdensburg International Seaway Festival would like to thank all the sponsors that we’ve had in the past, along with our faithful and loyal sponsors that we’ll have to the end.  We would like to be able to bring more popular entertainment to the Seaway Festival, which in turn would attract more tourists, and without sponsors that will never happen.  So thank you past, present, and future sponsors.
