| The first yardsale of the year that we joined 249 other spaces at the Stone Hedge farm/campground where country is at its best. It was a beautiful day and very warm, many of us getting good sunburns, but we all did well. At this yardsale I sold mostly my wooden projects though my gourds and a couple stain glass pieces also sold. This was put on by 99.9 The Wolf and 107.5 Frankfm radio stations, and very well organized and advertised. When the gates opened for buisness at 8:00am there was a never ending flow of people from all over checking out all 250 spaces to see what kind of goodies they could find. We also took a bale of our timothey clover hay and put a sign on it saying we had some more for sale..We sold out on the hay!!! |
